Location: Rifle, CO

Join Our Team as a Garage Door Installer!
Are you a skilled technician looking to join a trusted local leader in the garage door industry? Bailey's Garage Doors & More, Inc., based in Rifle, CO, is seeking a Garage Door Installer – Technician to help us deliver top-quality service throughout the Western Slope. In this role, you’ll install, repair, and maintain garage doors for both residential and commercial clients — providing dependable, professional service every time.

Compensation & Benefits
• $30–$45 per hour (based on experience and skill level)
• Steady, year-round work with opportunities for overtime
• Paid time off and holidays
• Supportive, family-oriented work environment

Schedule
• Monday – Friday (7:30am – 5:00pm)

Responsibilities
• Install and repair garage doors, openers, and related components
• Inspect job sites and take accurate measurements for installations
• Communicate clearly with customers and deliver outstanding service
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety standards and company procedures

Qualifications
• Prior experience in garage door installation and repair
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
