Location: Grand Junction, CO

Bailey’s Garage Doors & More, Inc. is expanding our reach and looking for an experienced Garage Door Installer – Technician to support projects across the Rifle and Grand Junction corridor. If you take pride in quality installations and want steady, year-round work close to home, this is your chance to join a respected Western Slope team. Relocation or limited travel to Rifle-area job sites may be required.

Compensation & Benefits
• $30–$45 per hour (based on experience and skill level)
• Steady, year-round work with opportunities for overtime
• Paid time off and holidays
• Supportive, family-oriented work environment

Schedule
• Monday – Friday (7:30am – 5:00pm)

Responsibilities
• Install and repair garage doors, openers, and related components
• Inspect job sites and take accurate measurements for installations
• Provide excellent customer service and clear communication
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and company standards

Qualifications
• Prior experience in garage door installation or repair
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Able to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
