Location: Glenwood Springs, CO

Bailey’s Garage Doors & More, Inc. — a locally owned leader in garage door installation and service — is seeking an experienced Garage Door Installer – Technician to join our growing team. This role supports our Rifle, CO–based operations, serving customers throughout the Glenwood Springs and Western Slope region. If you have strong mechanical skills and take pride in quality craftsmanship, we’d love to have you on our crew.

Compensation & Benefits
• $30–$45 per hour (based on experience and skill level)
• Steady, year-round work with opportunities for overtime
• Paid time off and holidays
• Supportive, family-oriented work environment

Schedule
• Monday – Friday (7:30am – 5:00pm)

Responsibilities
• Install and repair garage doors, openers, and related components
• Inspect job sites and take accurate measurements for installations
• Provide excellent customer service and clear communication
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and company standards

Qualifications
• Prior experience in garage door installation or repair
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Able to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
